The old per-impl export names (`streamAnthropic`, `streamSimpleAnthropic`, ...) and legacy raw API subpaths (`./anthropic`, `./google`, `./openai-completions`, ...) are gone; import raw API implementations through `@earendil-works/pi-ai/api/*`.
